AMA Puget Sound's DEI Real Talk Series 2020

The AMA Puget Sound’s DEI Real Talk Series was created by Kimfer as the VP of DEI for the chapter. This quarterly series hosts a panel discussion about allyship and sharing strategies to overcome all forms of workplace bias, learning from those who do not identify as part of a marginalized group but rather have both privilege and position power. In this unique opportunity, those who want to be allies but afraid of missteps can engage in discourse around how to begin. As a featured speaker, Kim shares the floor with other allies to discuss their journeys into actionable allyship.
